Before you provide any personal information to us, please carefully read and thoroughly understand this Policy. In particular, you shall read the terms marked in bold and/or underlined carefully and confirm that you fully understand and agree them.   2. For the purpose of providing the services of linking the photovoltaic power stations (“Linked Stations”) to your account and providing the services of remote monitoring on the Linked Stations to you (“Monitoring Purpose”), we may process your personal information as follows:

    1. User’s identity information, including your nickname, name, mobile phone number, email address;
    2. Information of the Linked Stations, including the status, name, type, installed capacity, geographical location information, electricity generation, equivalent hour and grid connection time of the power stations;
    3. Device information of inverter, including the serial number, registration code, device type, power, Linked Stations, signal strength, software version of the inverter used by you;
    4. Information of terminal devices, including device parameters and system information (device manufacturer, device model, device memory, operating system version, disk space, storage information, network information, sensor information (accelerometer sensor, light sensor information)), geographic location information, information of device identifier (IMEI, IDFA,Serial Number, Android ID, Cell ID, MAC, OAID, IMSI, and other relevant information of device), application information (APP package name, version number, running status, push SDK version number, message sending results, notification bar status (notification bar permissions, click actions)), and device status (screen lock status, lock screen notification status);
    5. Network information, including your IP address, WiFi information, information of base station, network type and telecommunication operator name;
    6. Images and text information submitted through the QR code scanning feature built into our Products or Services.
  3. For the purpose of provision of after-sales services, protection of your legal rights and interests and joint settlement of relevant disputes with you (“After-sales Purpose”), we may process your personal information as follows:

    1. Fault related information, including the device type, serial number, installation date, installation location, fault description, and system logs of the inverter used by you;
    2. Contact/recipient information, including the contact/recipient’s nickname, name, telephone number, name and category of company;

For the purpose of improvement of Products or Services, and introduction and promotion of our company, Products or Services, brand activities and other information to you (the aforesaid services collectively referred to as “Promotion Services”, and the aforesaid purposes collectively referred to as “Promotion Purpose”), we may process your personal information as follows:

    2. Feedback information, including your feedback on the Products or Services;

The above Registration Purpose, Monitoring Purpose, After-sales Purpose, Promotion Purpose and Function Development Purpose are collectively referred to as “Processing Purposes”.

1.2 Processing of Sensitive Personal Information

Please note that:

  1. For Monitoring Purpose, we have to process your location information of the terminal devices and Linked Stations, in order to locate your terminal devices and Linked Stations and show you or push the monitoring information of the Linked Stations.
  2. For After-sales Purpose, we have to process your location information of the terminal devices and Linked Stations, in order to locate your terminal devices and Linked Stations and provide after-sales services including repair and replacement.
  3. For Function Development Purpose, we have to process your location information of the Linked Stations, in order to locate your Linked Stations and to make power predictions more precisely.

Please understand that if you refuse to provide the aforesaid sensitive personal information, we will be unable to achieve the Monitoring Purpose, After-sales Purpose and Function Development Purpose and unable to provide you with relevant functions and services.

We fully realize that once your sensitive personal information is divulged or used illegally, it may easily lead to infringement of your personal dignity and damage to your personal and property safety. Therefore, while we process and protect your sensitive personal information in accordance with the general standards agreed in this Policy, we will adopt more stringent standards to protect your sensitive personal information to ensure the security of your sensitive personal information, prevent your sensitive personal information from being leaked or illegally used and protect you from being harmed.

We will not collect any personal information of any minor for any of Processing Purposes. You shall not provide any minor’s personal information to us.

    1. We will analyze the reason of fault and settle the disputes related to the Products or Services jointly with you based on the fault-related information provided by you;

  4. For Promotion Purpose, we will, by ourselves or by entrusting a third party (including advertisers and other service providers), use your personal information in the following manner:

    1. We will develop and improve the power prediction models based on the device information of inverter such as device serial number, and the information of Linked Stations, to improve the performance of Products.
  5. For Function Development Purpose, we will, by ourselves or by entrusting a third party, use your personal information in the following manner:

    1. We will improve our Products and Services based on the feedback information provided by you;
    2. We will send you non-personalized information push or commercial marketing, such as sending you generic promotion SMS, and displaying and pushing generic information to you and so forth, based on your mobile phone number, email address and device identifier information.

2.3 How We Will Store Your Personal Information
2.3.1 Storage Location
For your personal information that we collect and generate within the People's Republic of China (referred to as “China”), we will store it in China by ourselves or by entrusting a third party (such as server supplier).
2.3.2 Storage Period
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and administrative regulations, we will only store your personal information for the shortest period necessary for achievement of the Processing Purposes. After the above storage period expires, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as required by applicable law.
2.4 How We Will Provide Your Personal Information to Others

We will not provide your personal information to any third party; However, in case of any of the following circumstances, we may provide your personal information to a third party subject to compliance with relevant provisions of law.

  1. where we have obtained your separate consent;
  2. where it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party;
  3. where it is necessary for performing a statutory responsibility or obligation (such as provision to administrative authorities, judicial authorities and other governmental authorities according to relevant provisions of law);

Under the above circumstances, we will inform you of the recipient's name, contact information, processing purpose, processing method and categories of personal information before providing your personal information to a third party, unless it shall be kept confidential or there is no need to inform as stipulated by laws or administrative regulations.

If we need to transfer your personal information due to merger, division, dissolution, declaration of bankruptcy and other reasons, we will inform you of the recipient’s name and contact information, and the recipient will continue performing the obligations as the personal information processor.

We will process your personal information according to the agreed Processing Purposes and processing method by ourselves or by entrusting a third party. In case of processing by ourselves, we will designate necessary employees to process your personal information on our behalf, and supervise the personal information processing activities of the employees to fully protect your personal information. In case of our processing by entrusting a third party, we will enter into an entrusted processing agreement with the trustee and supervise the trustee’s personal information processing activities to fully protect your personal information. 2.8 Device Permissions Control

To process your personal information by means as mentioned above, we may ask for and get the following permissions from your end device when you use our Products and Services:

Permission to read and write the built-in SD card and other storage media in order for our Products and Services to download, write, and display pictures of the Linked Stations and other devices for the Monitoring Purpose and for pushing device fault information to you and sharing detailed device information with you;
  2. Permission to access WiFi and other network information and configure WiFi links and hotspot in order for your Products and Services to be connected to Internet for the Monitoring Purpose;
  3. Permission to access Cell ID or WiFi hotspot for location in order for our Products and Services to automatically locate the stations;
  4. Permission to access the camera in order for our Products and Services to automatically get the device serial number and rapidly link the stations through the camera;
  5. Permission to access the location, used to achieve the positioning and map display functions of the terminal devices and Linked Stations;
  6. Permission to read device identification information, used for network positioning, and to track, investigate, diagnose, and collect statistics on various problems in the service, and ensure the secure and normal operation of the Products and Services.

2.9 Anonymized Processing

If we take technical measures or other necessary measures to conduct anonymized processing of your personal information, after which the information cannot be used to identify a specific individual and cannot be recovered, the usage, storage, provision to others, public disclosure and other processing of such processed information are not conditional on informing to you or obtaining of your consent.

3. How We Will Protect Your Personal Information
3.1 Measures for Personal Information Protection

We value the security of your personal information. We will take the following measures to ensure the compliance of personal information processing with provisions of laws and administrative regulations, to prohibit any unauthorized access, and to prevent the personal information from divulgence, tampering and loss, based on the Processing Purposes, processing method, categories of personal information, the impact on your personal rights and interests, possible security risks and so forth:

3.2 Person in Charge of Personal Information Protection

If we process personal information up to the volume threshold stipulated by the state cyberspace administration, we will designate a personal in charge of personal information protection according to applicable law, who will be responsible for supervision of the personal information processing activities and the adopted protection measures. At that time, we will publicly disclose the contact information of the personal in charge of personal information protection.

3.3 Compliance Audit on Personal Information Protection

We will regularly conduct compliance audit on whether our processing of personal information complies with laws and administrative regulations.

3.4 Personal Information Protection Impact Assessment

We will conduct ex ante personal information protection impact assessment under the circumstances as required by applicable law and record the processing situation. Such report of personal information protection impact assessment and record of processing situation will be kept for at least three years.

3.5 Response to Personal Information Security Incident

If personal information security incident, such as divulgence, tampering and loss of personal information, occur or may occur, we will immediately take remedial measures and notify the authorities in charge of personal information protection according to the requirements of applicable law. If we are not able to take measures to effectively avoid the damage caused by information divulgence, tampering and loss, or if required by the authorities in charge of personal information protection, or if we think necessary, we will notify you of the relevant situation of the personal information security incident according to the requirements of applicable law, including: (a) the categories of information involved in, reasons of and potential damage caused by the divulgence, tampering and loss of personal information that occur or may occur; (b) the remedial measures we take and the measures to mitigate damage you can take; (c) our contact information. If you refuse our processing of your personal information, you shall not grant consent to this Policy, and you shall not continue to provide your personal information to us nor cooperate in our collection of your personal information .     2. If the personal Information is also necessary for other Processing Purposes, and you still agree on our processing of personal information for other Processing Purposes without withdrawing your consent, we may retain and process personal information for other Processing Purposes.

    Please note that since the processing of your personal information is necessary for us to provide the remote monitoring service on the Linked Stations, if you withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information for Monitoring Purpose, we will be unable to provide to you the remote monitoring service on the Linked Stations, and you will be unable to view and monitor the information related to the Linked Stations and devices. In addition, if you withdraw your consent, the personal information processing activities we have carried out based on your consent before your withdrawal will not be affected.

  3. After-sales Purpose

    Please note that since the processing of your personal information is necessary for us to provide the after-sales services, if you withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information for After-sales Purpose, we will be unable to provide the after-sales services to you through our Products or Services.   4. Promotion Purpose

    We will delete your personal information (excluding anonymized information) related to Function Development Purpose after you refuse us to process your personal information for Function Development Purpose, except for the following circumstances:

    1. If the storage period as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations has not expired, or it is technically impossible to delete personal information, we will not delete it, but will stop processing other than storing and taking necessary security measures; or
    2. If the personal Information is also necessary for other Processing Purposes, and you still agree on our processing of personal information for other Processing Purposes without withdrawing your consent, we may retain and process personal information for other Processing Purposes

    Please note that, if you withdraw your consent, the personal information processing activities we have carried out based on your consent before your withdrawal will not be affected.

    Please note specially that before you exercise the right of withdrawal, you shall fully consider the consequences of withdrawal. Once you withdraw the consent granted to us to processing of your personal information for several or all Processing Purposes, we will be unable to continue to provide you with corresponding functions or services, and you will solely bear the consequences and liabilities arising therefrom, including losses caused to you or any third party by your inability to use the corresponding functions or services.

4.4 Right to Access and Copy

You enjoy the right to access and copy your personal information from us, unless it shall be kept confidential and is not allowed to be accessed or copied as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. If you wish to access and copy your personal information, you can access it by the following means:

For information of the Linked Stations and devices, if you are individual user, you can download, access and copy relevant information by yourself by logging in the AiSWEI Cloud for individual (URL: https://www.aisweicloud.com/); If you are an enterprise user, you can download, access and copy relevant information by yourself by logging in the AiSWEI Cloud for enterprise (URL: https://pro.aisweicloud.com/).
  2. For other personal information, you can access and copy your personal information by sending us an notice by sending an email to service.china@aiswei-tech.com or by calling 400-801-9996, and we will reply within 48 hours after receiving such notice. If we cannot allow you to access or copy your personal information according to laws and administrative regulations, we will promptly notify you and explain the reasons after receipt of your request.
4.5 Right to Migrate

In compliance with conditions as stipulated by the state cyberspace administration, you enjoy the right to migrate your personal information to a third party as designated by you.

If you wish to wish all information of the Linked Stations from “AiSWEI” app to AiProfessional app, please click “Data migration” on the login interface of AiProfessional app and fill in relevant information to migrate relevant information.

If you wish to migrate your other personal information, or transfer your personal information to any third party, you can send us an notice by sending an email to service.china@aiswei-tech.com or by calling 400-801-9996, and we will reply within 48 hours after receiving such notice.

4.6 Right to Correct and Supplement

If you find that your personal information is not correct or complete, you enjoy the right to require correction and supplement. For user’s identity information, you can make correction and supplement by yourself through the page of “My” in “爱士惟” app, AiProfessional app, and AiSWEI app.

For other personal information, you can request us to make correction and supplement by sending an email to service.china@aiswei-tech.com or by calling 400-801-9996 to send us a notice, and we will reply within 48 hours and make correction and supplement in time after verification.

4.7 Right to Delete

In case of any of the following circumstances, we will usually delete your personal information (excluding anonymized information) without your request, and you also enjoys the right to request us to delete your personal information (excluding anonymized information):

  1. where the Processing Purposes have been achieved, or cannot be achieved, or the personal information is no longer necessary for achieving the Processing Purposes;
  2. where we stop providing Products or Services or the storage period has expired;
  3. where you withdraw your consent according to Section 4.3;
